Description

If you’re reading this, chances are you’ve had that conversation. The one where you ask, gently, “What’s going on?” and get “I don’t know,” a shrug, or tears.

Here’s what I want you to know: it isn’t that your child is hiding something from you. Most children genuinely don’t have the words for what their body and brain are feeling. Others do, but they don’t feel safe enough to say it, because they’ve learned that telling the truth leads to more pressure, more questions, or being told they’re overreacting.

So you’re left piecing it together on your own, while school, GPs and well meaning friends all offer different theories.

That’s exactly why I created the trigger map. 🗺️

In this live masterclass, I’ll walk you through each area of the map and show you how to spot the patterns that explain what’s really happening, without needing your child to explain it for you.

We’ll cover:

  • Why children can’t explain what’s wrong (and why asking harder doesn’t help)
  • Each area of the trigger map, and what to look for in your own child
  • How to join the dots between home, school and your child’s nervous system
  • How to work through the map live, together, so you’re not left to figure it out alone

You’ll leave with:
✨ A clearer understanding of what’s driving your child’s distress
✨ Your own started trigger map for your family
✨ Language to use with school, without having to “prove” it
✨ Less guessing and more calm confidence about your next step

21st October / 10.30 / £10

Connection before correction. Always. 💛
